I have a Bed and Breakfast in Videix, Limousin, S W France and I agree, you have to do all this but so much more. Advertising, answering e-mails, keeping books, ironing, housework, housework and more housework. Be flexible enough to cater for different tastes, speak languages - or at least be able to read them (dutch defeats me) .... The list goes on. Many thanks for pointing out just how many skills are needed.
