No need to even think about it, these have been voted the top three phones by an in dependent consummer magazine. No! their not the top sellers but they are the best mobile phones.

The Nokia5800 is now joint second with the new comer  THE NOKIA N97 MINI

Nokia claims that the Nokia N97 is 'the world's most advanced mobile computer' and that it will 'transform the way people connect to the internet and to each other'.

Whilst not the most inexpensive phone on the market it is packed with every thing you can imagine. I've viewed quite a few information videos on the N97 in which one narrator was looking for the kitchen sink mode in the menu.

It's the Battery that Makes the Difference

Now Nokia's front runner phone after being joint top for the last 10 months at 80/100% with the Nokia 5800 gaining 1% for it's incredibly long lasting battery in general use, which is double the capacity of most phones. The 1% that took it to the top was for it's use of the Internet where it's capacity dropped by quite a bit but only to the level of similar devices, except the Nokia 5800 which it piped earning it's 1%.

Nokia now holds the top three places in Mobile phones according to WHICH ? Magazine the N97 mini is a smaller version of N97 which as held the top place for the last 3 months.
The N97 Mini has a sliding full Qwerty keyboard for easy typing; it lets you customise the home screen with a range of widgets. One of the cut backs in the reduced size is no lens cover however it does come with a range of advanced features but struggles at night. The display is great for videos, and the tilting screen makes it even better watching. The Mini has a good radio and music player, above average battery life and you can also access your Microsoft Office documents.

What’s prompted me to write this hub is I’m 56 years of age; I bought my first mobile phone some 20 years ago and I‘ve had numerous cell phones since.

As far as I was concerned mobile phones were good if I was out and about in a car and some one wanted to get in touch with me or me with them, end of story, and some times I didn’t want anyone to get in touch with me, so that was an inconvenience.

O! It could tell me the time as well.

Texting: couldn’t be bothered (scared really), I’ll phone instead; but it’s cheaper to text; I’m not that hard up, and so on; besides I use to watch my three sons texting; it was all to fast and my fingers where bigger than theirs' I kept touching other button, it was so frustrating.

Not any more!

I’m not that old to realise that there a great invention and I’d rather have than have not.

The Nokia5800 xpressmusic has been awarded 'Best Buy Mobile Phone' BY 'Which?' the consumer magazine.

I’m not going to go into any nitty gritty here; you can get all the statistics, sizes and how many pixels and so forth off the great video below which shows you exactly how everything works.
I’m just going to tell you from a users point of view why I like this phone.

I kept saying to my lovely wife, Her who must be obeyed, Her in doors, Dirty Dee (she cheats at cards);

“I’m sick of this mobile phone it’s to small, buttons and all”
“I’ll do the renewing at the end of the contract” and so the day came.

I’m a member of ‘Which?’ the online consumer magazine.
Which I highly recommend to anyone: The opening statement on there website is

‘No Advertising, No Bias, No Hidden Agenda’.

When ever I’m thinking of buying something; I go on line to ‘Which?’, and you can bet they’ve tested it, and they give you a rating for the top 4 or 5 products sometimes more; you don’t even have to think about it.

In the past I’ve gone to 4 or 5 shops weighing up the product and listening to numerous sales people telling me just how good it is and why I should by it just so they'de get a sale.

Not with 'Which?' their totally bias and tell it like it is; you get the good and the bad about every product, but there’s always one that comes out on top.

The Nokia is a good size and so easy to use; I more or less carried out all the functions I needed (with one hand tied behind my back,well! nearly) before I even looked at the instruction book; when you see what you want on the screen just touch the screen and up it comes, and yes as I mentioned I’m now in the world of texting; so it’s worked out even less expensive than it’s ever been for me.

The Phone opens up like a side opening glasses case so you can actually use two hands to text and the buttons are just the right size. I think mobile phone companies where in a big race to see who could produce the smallest phone at one stage; you can only go so far before it becomes unrealistic.

Internet Access, Mapping, Video, Camera, Radio, Texting, Head Phones and built-in stereo speakers.
